I had a reiki session with Lisa yesterday. I hadn't been feeling well, had an upset stomach and suffered from stress, worry and exhaustion. I also have bad COPD. Lisa worked on me for a short spell only but today, I could eat without feeling sick. I've been smiling and feeling gentle and upbeat all day long. Lisa is a very gifted healer. Before the session she spent a lot of time getting to know me and understanding my story, which I feel is highly important. I felt very welcomed and comfortable. The actual reiki was powerfully potent and for the first time I felt tensions and pain shifting around my body and release.
